Bouwen heeft geen geheimen voor de heer Eloy<\/strong> uit Sprimont; zijn bedrijf Eloy Travaux is namelijk gespecialiseerd in grondwerken, wegonderhoud, de aanleg van riolering, civiele bouwkunde, Kortom, in alles wat te maken heeft met ruimtelijke ordening.<\/p>\n

Toen ik mijn woning bouwde, koos ik bewust voor Isovariant-bouwstenen. Hoewel ik zelf geen metselaar ben, steek ik wel graag de handen uit de mouwen. Isovariant bleek d\u00e9 oplossing te bieden. .<\/em><\/p>\n

Het is erg aangenaam om met de bouwstenen te werken. Ze kunnen gemakkelijk versneden worden, passen mooi in elkaar en kunnen zonder problemen verlijmd worden.<\/p>\n

Ook de stukadoor was lovend; hij werkte voor het eerst met dergelijke bouwstenen en liet me weten dat het erg gemakkelijk was om ze te bepleisteren. Hij diende enkel wat minder water toe te voegen aan het pleister, aangezien de bouwstenen minder water absorberen dan snelbouwstenen.<\/p>\n

Onze woning is perfect ge\u00efsoleerd<\/u>, wat ons energieverbruik aanzienlijk drukt. Toch is er in de woning een constante temperatuur die varieert tussen 22 en 23 graden. Erg aangenaam! Rekening houdend met de ligging van het perceel, moet er uiteraard wel nagedacht worden over zonnewering zodat het klimaat ook tijdens de zomer aangenaam blijft.<\/p>\n

Een bijkomend voordeel van de isolerende bekistingsblokken is bovendien dat je niet gebonden bent aan een bepaald type woning; je kan met Isovariant-bouwstenen dus een mooie \u00e9n originele woning bouwen.<\/p>\n
